Minimum age to obtain the category: 21 years

Minimum experience: Not required!

Minimum number of driving hours under the CSDD program: 20 hours

Minimum training duration under the CSDD program: 2.5 weeks

To obtain category C, the following must be passed: theory and driving

To obtain category D1: an additional theory exam (no driving or extra courses!)

To register for courses: Passport or ID card and driving license

To take exams at CSDD:
– Passport or ID card and driving license
– Medical certificate (service available at the driving school)
– First aid course certificate (service available at the driving school)
– Course completion certificate

To obtain a category with the 95 code (C1[95], C[95], D1[95], D[95], CE[95]), the following exams must be passed at CSDD::

For the corresponding category:
- Theory exam (35 questions, 3 mistakes)
- Professional questions exam (45 questions, 5 mistakes)
- Practical driving test (Duration 2 hours)

The obtained 95 code will apply to all future categories you obtain.

Theory exam: 11,40 €

Driving exam: 36,84 €

Use of CSDD car during the driving exam: 41,16 €

What vehicles are allowed to be driven after obtaining category C?

C — Motor vehicles with a total weight exceeding 3500 kg and not falling under category D, as well as a combination of such a vehicle with a trailer whose weight does not exceed 750 kg.

D1 — Motor vehicles for passenger transport, with a seating capacity exceeding 8 but not exceeding 16, excluding the driver, as well as a combination of such a vehicle with a trailer whose weight does not exceed 750 kg.
